1 Nature of Service
PixelMitra is an independent private consultancy firm. We are NOT a government website or agency. We solely provide technical assistance, premium guidance, and consultancy services for PAN card, Insurance, and other online applications.
2 User Responsibilities
Uploading incorrect information, blurred photographs, or invalid documents may lead to the immediate rejection of your application. The user assumes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided. Providing authentic and correct information during the application process is strictly mandatory.
3 Payments & Wallet Balance
Once your portal wallet is recharged, the wallet balance cannot be transferred back to your bank account; it can only be utilized to purchase our portal services. However, if a service fails entirely due to technical issues from our end, refunds will be processed according to our standard Refund Policy.
4 Account Ban & Legal Action
Any attempt to engage in illegal activities, fraud, unauthorized access, or uploading fake/forged documents will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your retailer account. We also reserve the absolute right to initiate strict legal action against such offenders.
