Terms and conditions for service cancellation and refunds

Important Note

Since we provide specialized digital consultancy services, no refunds are generally issued once the processing of an application has started or the work is successfully completed.

When are you eligible for a refund?

  • If money is deducted from your bank account due to server or payment gateway issues but fails to reflect in your PixelMitra wallet.
  • If we fail to initiate the work or provide any status update within 7 working days of your successful application submission.
  • If your application is rejected strictly due to an error, technical fault, or mistake made by our backend team.

Timeframe

Refund Processing Time

Upon raising a valid complaint with accurate proof (Payment Screenshot / Transaction ID / Application No.), the verified amount will be refunded directly to your portal wallet or original bank account within 3 to 5 working days.
